These antibiotic free chicks are fed a starter crumble that is non-GMO and free of corn and soy. They spend their first two weeks in a nurturing temperature controlled brooder before moving to our lush pastures. There, they live in Pasture Tek mobile hoops, which we rotate regularly to enrich the soil and encourage natural foraging, embodying regenerative farming principles. After approximately four weeks of thriving in this vibrant environment, our broilers are processed at Squab Producers of California, a trusted USDA facility in Modesto, CA. The broilers are packaged as whole young birds with an average finished weight of approximately 3.0-3.5 lbs, inserted into CryoVac packaging, ensuring a wholesome, farm-to-table experience that’s as sustainable as it is delicious.
